Albert Bichot’s presence to the Burgundian festival at Tante Louise (Paris 8th) from 11 till 22 November 2013
During 2 weeks, Bourgogne area is haighlited in Tante Louise through 3 menus and card and a selection of estates wines.
Situated in the heart of a very beautiful district in Paris, just a step from Madeleine and of Concorde, the TanteLouise restaurant, the typically Parisian establishment, was bought by Bernard Loiseau in 1998. In an Art deco fatosphere, this restaurant proposes a rustic and refined cooking for more than 80 years.
From 11 till 22 November, it is the Burgundian festival at TanteLouise, with the creation of Burgundian dishes that you will find in the card and the menus dedicated to the event. In this opportunity, every day a renowned wine grower is put in the honor and proposes one of its wines in tasting.
We will be present on Wednesday, 13Th with our Gevrey Chambertin " Les Murots "2010, Domaine du Clos Frantin and on Monday, November 18th with our Premier Cru Chablis " Les Lys " Domaine Long-Depaquit 2010.
