Our vines “En fleur”

The “floral buttons” open and leave place with flowers ! An important phase because the good progress of the bloom be going to determine in a general way the period but also the quantity of the harvest (The Burgundian tradition announcing the date of the grapes harvests 100 days after the bloom). This stage of bloom lasts between 7 and 15 days, according to the weather.. This year, our teams were able to notice a big heterogeneousness in the evolution of the bloom (from 10% to 70% for the youngest vine stocks)
