Summer atmosphere in this period for the staff of Albert Bichot : Indeed, all the staff took advantage of a beautiful sunny day brightened up to perfect his « product culture » as we sometimes say.

7h30 : Departure of 2 buses to Domaine Long-Depaquit in Chablis.

Ou merry teams were able to perfect their knowledge thanks to 3 workgroups :

Workgroup 1 : Pedology of Chablis and Vine growing. Location = Top of “Les Lys”. Organizer  = Olivier Deboudt, culture manager Domaine Long-Depaquit.

Workgroup 2 : Domaine Long-Depaquit & La Moutonne, Grands Crus. Location = Hut of “La Moutonne” Organizer  = Alain Serveau, technical director Albert Bichot

Workgroup 3 : Wine making aspects in the estate, BICHOT’s style /Domaine Long-Depaquit. Organizer = Mathieu Mangenot, estate’s manager.

Finally : A nice tasting of 8 vines of the estate…
